Enrollment

If you're interested in learning more about Koala Childcare and whether it would be a good fit for your family, please contact us at koalachildcare@hotmail.com or click on the Contact webpage for further information on how to reach us.  We would be happy to set up a time for you to take a tour of our daycare.

There are several forms you will be required to complete:

  • Childcare Registration

  • Permission Authorization

  • Childcare Agreement

  • Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) or similar form supplied by health professional

 

Upon enrolling, there will be a trial period of two weeks.  This period is used to observe the child's adjustment to care and to talk through any concerns.  We will talk to you daily about your child's day.  After the two week period, we will mutually determine if the fit is satisfactory to everyone.  If any problems cannot be resolved then care will be terminated.

 

Waiting List

If you would like to be added to the waiting list, we ask that you complete the Waiting List Application form.  There is no cost to be on the waiting list.  We will notify you if a space opens up and we ask that you notify us if you no longer seek childcare.  There is a priority given to siblings and those interested in full-time care.

入園する前に、園の見学をお勧めします。事前に予約が必要です。当園ではフルタイム及びパートタイムの枠がそれぞれ設定されています。入園時に契約された設定から変更の場合、それぞれ空きがある場合のみ可能となります。その場合、変更届けが必要になります。入園手続きは下記に記載されている書類及び入園金、月謝をお支払いいただいた時点で完了し、スペースが確保されます。

 

体験入園は行っておりませんが、ドロップインケアーを利用し、その後入園を決めることも可能です。ドロップインケアーはスペースがあれば受け入れ可能です。事前に予約が必要です。

ウェイティングリスト

スペースがない場合、必要事項を記載していただきますと、ウェイティングリストに登録することできます。入園可能となった時点でこちらから連絡します。ウェイティングリストの料金は無料です。途中でキャンセルする場合は連絡願います。当デイケアーに通園されている兄弟姉妹は優先いたします。又、今年度より、2歳以下の入園を週3回以上のフルデイーとしましたが、フルタイムを優先させていただきます。空きがあれば入園可能です。
